Navarro College (18-13) have produced five All-Conference selections for Region XIV including outside hitters Tjasa Malnar and Lauren Tishkoff, setter Eline Fieremans, libero Alessia Sonzini, and middle blocker Wiktoria Warpechowska.

All-Conference selections are voted on by other coaches in the Region XIV conference. 

Tjasa Malnar, freshman outside hitter, was selected First Team All-Conference for Region XIV. Tjasa played six rotations for the Dawgs in the outside hitter position and led the team in points earned per set and ranked 19th in the nation. She ranks 25th in the nation in points per set,  30th in kills per set, 34th in total kills, and 69th in service aces per set. She was selected as Region XIV Player of the Week twice in the 2021-2022 season. Tjasa has another year of eligibility at Navarro College.  

Eline Fieremans, freshman setter, was seleted Second Team All-Conference for Region XIV. Eline played all around in a 5-1 for the Dawgs and led the team in assists. She ranks 12th nationally for total assists and 19th nationally in assists per set. She played well defensively for the Dawgs both in back row and blocking. She was selected as Region XIV Player of the Week three times in the 2021-2022 season.

Alessia Sonzini, freshman libero, was seleted Second Team All-Conference for Region XIV. Alessia rotated in for both middles and became a prominent serving threat for the Dawgs. She ranks 16th nationally for service aces, 24th in service aces per set, 28th in digs, and 39th in digs per set. She was selected as Region XIV Player of the Week three times in the 2021-2022 season. Alessia has another year of eligibility at Navarro College.  

Lauren Tishkoff, sophomore outside hitter, was seleted Honorable Mention All-Conference for Region XIV. She ranks 35th nationally in kills per set, 36th in total kills, 57th in points, and 58th in points per set. Lauren is a sophomore who has three years of eligibilty left due to the covid eligibility year.

Wiktoria Warpechowska, sophomore middle blocker, was seleted Honorable Mention All-Conference for Region XIV. She ranks 12th nationally in block total, 16th in block assist, 19th in blocks per set, 39th in block solo, 54th in service aces, and 83rd in service aces per set. She was selected as Region XIV Play of the Week for the 2021-2022 season. Wiktoria is a sophomore who has three years of eligibilty left due to the covid eligibility year.
