The 'Dawgs are pacing themselves with a back-to-back sweep and look to keep that momentum against conference foe Blinn on Monday nights Region XIV match. Head coach Ariel Apolinario sees his team improving week to week.
"More than anything, we are growing and it's clear by how our level of play is evolving. We haven't peaked which is something to look forward to. The most exciting part is watching multiple people stepping up for the team and adding value to what we're trying to accomplish. We had another good day from the serving line and defensively we were setting up a lot easier. We won the points that we were supposed to win. Early on, we missed some assignments but within the game we made changes and that translated to success on our side."
Navarro will travel Monday to Brenham and play the Buccaneers in the Kruse Center at 6 PM CST.
