Former Navarro head football coach Cody Crill is set to become the offensive line coach at The University of North Texas.
Crill leaves the UFL DC Defenders' offensive line job to return to Texas where he will work again on a football staff led by head coach Eric Morris. In spring 2018 after a three-year stint as Navarro's head coach, Crill joined Morris' staff at The University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio.
Last fall, Crill served as the OL coach at Marshall University
Crill compiled a 19-11 record at Navarro after he was promoted to replace Brian Mayper. Crill's 2015 Bulldogs went 7-4 and reached the SWJCFC Championship Game. His 2016 club finished No. 9 in the NJCAA's final regular-season poll.
