Bulldogs Release 2026-27 Basketball Schedule

CORSICANA, Texas – Navarro College Basketball has announced its 2026-27 schedule, one that features challenging non-conference matchups, one of the toughest conference slates in the country, and a home schedule packed with community-themed events designed to bring Bulldog Nation together.

The Bulldogs will tip off the season on October 30 with an Opening Night road matchup against Temple College before returning home on November 6 to host Clarendon College on Elementary Night, welcoming local elementary school students and families to Wolens Special Events Center.

Navarro's non-conference schedule will test the Bulldogs early. Home contests against Southwest Christian College and Dallas College–Mountain View will be followed by a road trip to Clarendon before tournament appearances at the BPCC Classic in Bossier City, Louisiana, and the Collin College Thanksgiving Classic in Plano. The Bulldogs will also square off against perennial powers Baton Rouge CC, Murray State College, Weatherford College, Odessa College, and Connors State College before conference play begins.

"Our schedule is built to prepare us for March," said Head Coach Hunter Jenkins. "Every game presents a different challenge, and our players will have to compete at a high level from opening night through the final conference game."

The Region XIV schedule features home-and-home series against traditional conference powers including Panola College, Tyler Junior College, Kilgore College, Angelina College, Lee College, Lamar State College Port Arthur, Blinn College, Bossier Parish CC, Paris JC, and Trinity Valley CC, creating one of the most competitive schedules in junior college basketball.

Beyond the action on the court, Navarro will celebrate the Corsicana community throughout the season with several promotional nights:

  • Elementary Night – November 6th vs Clarendon College
  • YMCA Night – November 12th vs Southwestern Christian College
  • Food Drive – November 14th vs Dallas College Mountain View
  • Youth Basketball Night – December 2nd vs Panola College
  • Faculty Appreciation Night – December 9th vs Paris Junior College

  • Military Appreciation Night – February 20th vs Bossier Parrish Community College
  • Black Out – February 24th vs Kilgore College

With experienced conference rivals, nationally respected non-conference opponents, and a passionate home crowd expected throughout the winter, the 2026-27 campaign promises to be an exciting journey for Bulldog Basketball.

Season tickets and additional game-day information will be announced in the coming weeks. Bulldog fans are encouraged to pack the gym all season long as Navarro begins its pursuit of another Region XIV championship and a return to the NJCAA National Tournament.
