Paul Davenport begins his tenure at Navarro College by immediately elevating the program onto the national stage. In his first season leading the Bulldogs, Navarro achieved a Top 5 NJCAA national ranking, completed an undefeated regular season, captured a conference championship, and earned a berth in the NJCAA National Championship Tournament. The program also produced a Region MVP and two NJCAA All-Americans, underscoring Davenport’s immediate impact in both team success and elite player development. A proven championship architect and national program builder, Davenport brings more than a decade of sustained excellence and postseason success to Corsicana.
Prior to Navarro, Davenport served as head coach of both the men’s and women’s programs at Hill College from 2011–2024, building Hill into one of the most respected dual programs in the country.
